Indian cricket team’s Spiderman Rishabh Pant is back, this time spreading his web. Pant, who became a fan favorite last month during the fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar series at Gabba, was heard singing the famous song “Spiderman Spiderman”.

While Washington Sundar was bowling, Rishabh Pant yelled from behind the stumps when Paine came knocking and said, “Aise web phenko web (Throw a web like this).” After which he began to sing the famous Indian Spider Man song, “Spiderman Spiderman” in the same tone, as could be heard clearly from the stump mic.

However, he didn’t need the whole team to throw the web like he did himself. All-rounder Washington Sundar posted a video on Friday in which Rishabh can be seen crawling like a Spiderman and presenting his left hand in a way that mimics Spiderman’s web throw, while the song plays in the background.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) also jumped on the bandwagon after the Brisbane test in January by posting a photo of Spiderman flying through buildings, with Rishabh’s face on it.

Rishabh Pant, who has taken the world by storm with his entertaining stick, also maintained the entertainment quotient when he is behind the sticks. Many viewers log in to watch the game when India is on the pitch, just to listen to what he is saying.

India and England will meet in the third test of the four-game series at Motera in Ahmedabad from next week on February 24. The series is leveled 1-1 because after England won the first game in Chennai by 227 points, India returned to the series with a victory of 317 points in the same place.
