DUSON, La. (KLFY) A Duson woman is speaking out after saying her ex-boyfriend hit her parents with his car while chasing her.
the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office now trying to locate the suspect.
Michael Granger, 29, is charged with three counts of attempted first degree murder.
The incident happened in an apartment complex in the 100 block of Rue Limoges in Duson.

This is where a woman was run over with a car on Monday afternoon.
She is now in hospital with two broken legs.
Authorities say the person who ran her over was her daughter’s ex-boyfriend.
“Yall, I’ll say domestic violence. It’s hard, and I just feel him standing next to her, and I feel his pain.
Briana Hebert says she was at her parents’ apartment when her ex-boyfriend Michael Granger showed up.
She says when she threatened to call the police, he got angry.
She says Granger ran over her dad in the parking lot. he then came to get her… when she ran up the stairs she says he hit her mom against that brick wall.
“As hard as he could press the gas, he hit my sister here. broke both legs where the bones were broken.
Standing next to her aunt for support, Briana says her ex-boyfriend then tried to run over her brother, although his car got stuck between those two stairs.
She says he then fled.
‘She is horrified by the actions of her niece’s ex-boyfriend as he attempted to push her onto his niece as she held their 9-month-old child in her arms.
“How can you do this to your own daughter?” your daughter was basically standing in the line of sight, in the car position. your own daughter. Why? just why?”
Briana and her aunt say that while they’re grateful no one was killed, they’re afraid he’ll come after their family again and they don’t understand why it happened.
“There was no reason. if you’re upset, don’t.
