A biker was airlifted to hospital on Saturday after crossing a trail in Castaic, north of Santa Clarita.
Around noon Saturday, first responders received reports of a dirt bike incident on Charlie Canyon Road in Castaic, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department Supervisor Diaz.
“It was reported to be a biker who had driven across the side of the hill,” Diaz said. “The person was injured.”
According to Diaz, the patient was transported by helicopter 11 to a local hospital.
The patient’s injuries are not known as of 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
